Georgia Voziki was born in Serres and has roots in Crete. She is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has also studied at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, broadening her academic experience in a different European legal environment.
She holds a Master’s degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Medical Law and Bioethics. During her postgraduate studies she focused in particular on the Law of Medically Assisted Reproduction (M.A.R.), with an emphasis, through her dissertation, on surrogacy and the legal issues arising for same-sex couples.
She has worked at a law firm and at law offices, and completed part of her traineeship at the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has significant experience in Commercial and Corporate Law, Industrial Property Law and Civil Law, as well as in matters of Medical Liability, Medical Negligence and Medically Assisted Reproduction. She also has extensive practical experience in handling debt restructuring cases, specialising in the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism, for which she has been certified by the Centre for European Constitutional Law.
She is actively engaged in the institution of mediation, with many years of experience in civil and commercial disputes. She has conducted numerous mediations, handling cases with a complex legal and highly contentious background, and she was a speaker at the Money Show 2026, at an event of the Thessaloniki Institute for Mediator Training.
She combines legal precision, strategic thinking and composure, approaching each case with regard not only to the legal issue but also to the business reality behind it: the relationships, the interests and the consequences of every choice. This combined approach to legal practice and mediation is a core element of her professional identity and has earned her the description of a “quiet strength”.
She speaks Greek, English and German.
